Jim Casella is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Asset International, having joined the company as part of Austin Ventures' acquisition in January 2009. Jim has been a partner with Austin Ventures the past several years, serving as CEO-in-Residence for their Growth/Private Equity practice and focusing on business-to-business media opportunities.

He retired as Vice Chairman of Reed Business (Reed Elsevier's B2B division) in January of 2007. During his tenure as Vice Chairman Jim established joint ventures in China and India. In China the joint venture was established with International Data Group and several government agencies. The Indian joint venture was established with Infomedia India LTD.

Jim joined Reed Business Information in January 2002 as CEO of its U.S. operation and led the company through a difficult national economy while keeping a clear focus on long-term growth. "Our commitment has to be on the delivery of 'must-have' products and services essential to the growth of our customers," Jim said in min magazine, where he was featured as one of the 21 Most Intriguing People in Publishing in 2003. RBI's traditional portfolio of products -- more than 100 publications and 75 websites -- also received substantial attention. Under Jim's leadership, the company completed several large-scale redesigns, including Weekly Variety, Broadcasting & Cable, Interior Design, Professional Remodeler, Video Business, Design News, Purchasing, Furniture/Today, Industrial Product Bulletin and Electronic Business. In addition, Reed Construction Data's Connect 3.0 lead generation platform was released in January '04. Connect's website revenue increased dramatically over the past several years.

Charlie is an authority on global pension issues. He previously held posts at Institutional Investor and McCann-Erickson. He holds Masters degrees from Cambridge University and Columbia University.

Prior to joining the company, Nick was a financial correspondent, bureau chief, and editor at Reuters, the international news service. He holds a BA from Vassar College.

Stephen Moylan

Stephen Moylan joined Asset International in March 2009 as Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Stephen has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the B2B publishing and online media industries. For over 8 years he held senior management positions at International Data Group/InfoWorld, where he first worked with Jim Casella. The two later reunited at Reed Business Information (RBI), where Stephen held the positions of Division President and EVP of Global Sales and Marketing for more than 4 years. During his tenure at RBI, Stephen led the global expansion of print, online and conference products in the UK, Europe, Asia, China and Japan. Prior to joining Asset International, he was owner and President of Local Leaders, LLC, focused on helping companies better utilize the power of technology and search engine marketing to manage and grow their business. Stephen graduated Cum Laude from Boston University in 1984 and holds an MBA in International Business with honors from the University of San Francisco.

In addition to his role at Global Custodian, Dominic is a published author, with three books to his credit. The most recent, The National Wealth: Who Gets What in Britain, is a study of the ownership and distribution of income and wealth in the United Kingdom.

Bill Jennings is Vice President, Finance of Asset International and is responsible for the financial reporting and oversight of the business. Bill's focus also includes the review and successful integration of acquisitions into the company and draws on years of finance experience with both private and publicly traded corporations.

Before joining Asset International, Bill served as VP, Controller at Orthovita, Inc., a publicly traded medical device manufacturer. He has also held a variety of executive and finance positions at Accume Partners, a provider of internal audit, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and risk management services; PDI, Inc., a publicly traded biopharmaceutical commercialization partner, and; Chilton, a Capital Cities/ABC company.

Bill holds an MBA in Finance and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

SooJin Buzelli is Senior Vice President, Design & Production. SooJin been art directing and designing magazines for more than 12 years. She implemented a new vision for the design of PLANSPONSOR magazine, and translated that success into the art direction of many Asset International's products, including PLANADVISER and Global Custodian magazines and the newest Asset International brand, ai5000™.

SooJin's art-directed pieces have been recognized by the Society of Publication Designs, Art Directors Club, Communication Arts, Print, 3x3, Society of Illustrators, LA Society of Illustrators, AI and AltPick. SooJin holds an Illustration BFA from Rhode Island School of Design. She has judged many illustration competitions, including American Illustration and Society of Illustrators. SooJin also teaches a senior course at School of Visual Arts in New York City.

Aboyoun has more than 20 years of successful management experience as global CIO in support of industry-leading media and online brands with organizations such as Bertelsmann Media, Reed Elsevier PLC, and Monster.com.

Jane is a graduate of the Syracuse University School of Engineering and holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut. She also completed the Harvard Business School Executive Education course in 2005.

John Lee

John Lee

Publisher, The TRADE Limited

John Lee is founder and publisher of The TRADE Limited, the London-based publisher of The TRADE, The TRADE Asia, The TRADETech Daily and daily news site www.thetradenews.com. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, maintaining its market leadership in the coverage of global equities trading, as well as driving new product development. As publisher of The TRADE and a member of the advisory board of TradeTech, John regularly chairs and speaks at industry conferences throughout Europe and Asia.

John is also co-founder of writing and research consultancy Information Partners, a wholly owned subsidiary of The TRADE, which produces Dialogue magazine and Sibos Issues on behalf of the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT).

Prior to this, John was a co-founder and publisher of GSCS Benchmarks, the leading European global custody title, and was also a co-founder and director of Financial-i, Global Transactions magazine and Capital Horizons, which focused on emerging markets investment. He has written for The FT and The Sunday Times, amongst others, and has authored and edited books on global custody and the UK financial services market.

John has a MSc. in international relations and has lectured in international economy at the London School of Economics.

Prior to joining Asset International, Mr. Cassidy was Vice President of website solutions for Register.com, where he oversaw sales, operations, customer service, marketing and product management. Previously, as Vice President of Reed Business Information, he was actively involved in global strategy and development, including M&A initiatives, and managed a portfolio of eight websites that experienced significant revenue and traffic growth. "Jason's extensive investment banking and media experience, especially in the online space will enable Asset International to strengthen and broaden its existing base of specialty media and information services for institutional investors," said Mr. Casella.

According to Mr. Cassidy, "In the current economic environment, Asset International is one of the few media companies committed to aggressive growth. I am excited by this team's willingness to challenge consensus thinking and by the great potential we have to expand this business."

Mr. Cassidy earned an M.B.A. from Duke Fuqua School of Business (2007) and an A.B. from Harvard University (1998).

Matt Bowman

Matt Bowman joined Austin Ventures in 2003 and focuses on services investing. Previously, Matt was an associate with Dallas-based MHT Partners, where he provided strategic and financial advisory services to middle-market companies. Matt was also an analyst in the technology practice at RBC Capital Markets, where he completed corporate finance and merger and acquisition assignments.

Matt received his BS in Accounting with honors from Brigham Young University.

Mr. Milius joined AV as a Senior Associate in August 2000. His investment and transaction experience covers a diverse group of technology-enabled, services driven, and information-based industries. He is currently focused on the supply chain, information and business services, and integrated media sectors.

Craig has led investments in and currently serves as a director on the boards of All Star Directories, Case Interactive Media, Creditcards.com, HomeAway Vacation Rentals, Re:Trans, and has also worked extensively with Newgistics since its inception.

Prior to joining AV, Craig was with Primus Capital Funds, a Cleveland-based private equity firm he joined in 1997. Earlier in his career Craig was in the Investment Banking division at Salomon Brothers Inc where he completed mergers and acquisition, strategic advisory, and capital-raising assignments for clients in a variety of services related industries. Mr. Milius received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his BBA with distinction from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He is an active participant in Austin's animal welfare community and currently serves as a Board member of Animal Trustees of Austin (ATA), which provides low-cost wellness, spay/neuter, and emergency medical services to pets whose owners are economically disadvantaged.

Phil Siegel

Phil Siegel has been with AV for nine years and focuses on services investing, with a particular emphasis on the media, information services, financial and business services, and supply chain markets. Previously, Phil spent 11 years with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), most recently as a Vice President, Partner, and Director in the Dallas office. At BCG, Phil developed deep expertise in the financial services and consumer goods and services industries. Phil has started several companies, including Newgistics, the leader in returns management. Phil has led investments in and serves on the boards of All Star Directories, Case Interactive Media, CreditCards.com, HomeAway Vacation Rentals, Newgistics, RT Holdings, and Stull Logistics.

Phil received his MBA and undergraduate degrees from the University of Chicago. Phil served as an adjunct professor in the entrepreneurship department at the University of Texas Graduate School of Business from 1999 until 2002 and at the business school of St. Edwards University. He is currently a professor in the Acton School of Management and serves on the board of the Entrepreneurs Foundation of Central Texas.
